We do not charge any fees for helping manage the remodel all service people are paid directly by you, no middle man. All flips must be purchased with cash no HARD MONEY Loans! If a flip home does not sellin 60 days we take the home to the rental market to put in your 12 month rental portfolio. This put you into long term capital gains and helps make more money for you. At the end of the rental periord we will attack the sale market aggressively.
Long term rental portfolios. We recommend rental portfolios up to 10 properties and forming separate LLC's for each home to protect your assets. We alway recommend speaking with a CPA or accounting professional when dealing with investing. Our formula for Long Term Portfolio's is to purchase good properties in close proximity to each other in order to make it easier to manage. We train you how to be a professional landlord. We will help you place tenants in your properties by marketing them and helping your screen your tenants qualifications. All our clients have very little turn over and it is very common for us to find long term tenants that stay for 3-5 years.
